MEMS air flow sensor anti-clogging flowmeter

S7000 series anemometer/anti-clogging flowmeters are specially designed for measuring gas flow rate, fast response time and small volume requirements, such as air purifiers.

The flow meter is manufactured using the company's self-developed microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip and is suitable for all types of general-purpose clean and dry gases.
