    MEMS Micro CO+CH4 Sensor Module

    Introduction

The M2002 gas sensor module is based on the intelligent sensor independently developed by our Technology. It can be used to simultaneously identify and detect methane and carbon monoxide gas components and contents in the air. The sensor module has the characteristics of anti-ethanol interference.

There is no false alarm in the 6000ppm high concentration ethanol gas atmosphere.

The sensor of M2002 series module is a multi-channel gas sensor composed of different material systems. It uses a specific conditioning circuit and an accurate algorithm to convert the response conductivity change into an electrical signal corresponding to the type and concentration of the gas.

    Main Feature

Can identify and detect methane and carbon monoxide at the same time, resist 6000ppm ethanol interference
High sensitivity, high resolution, low power consumption, long service life Provide multiple output methods such as UART, analog voltage signal, PWM waveform, high stability, excellent anti-interference ability, temperature compensation, excellent linear output.

Remarks: Methane alarm status output 2KHZ waveform, CO alarm output 1KHZ waveform, pin 6 directly outputs high level, methane alarm pin 5 switches at a high and low frequency of 1HZ, CO alarm pin 5 outputs high normal When preheating, pin 8 is switched at a high and low frequency of 1HZ. After preheating, normal operation is normal and high level. Pin 7 is a fault alarm signal. If there is a fault, pin 7 outputs high level. Other unused pins can be added according to the actual needs of the user. If output signals such as buzzers, relays, solenoid valves are required, they can be directly noted when placing an order.

    1. General settings: Use UART communication interface, the settings are as follows,

    Baud rate

    9600

    Data bit

    8bit

    Stop bit

    bit

    Check bit

    None

    Flow control

    1. Communication command: Communication is divided into active upload type, and data is sent once every 3S.The format of data transmission is as follows,

    String 1

    String 2

    String 3

    String 4

Note: The data is sent as a string, with spaces between the data.
If the module sends an alarm signal, the last column of the data output is 1, and if there is no alarm, it is 0.

    Gas calibration set points:

Note: The calibration point of the module refers to the target gas concentration value used for the alarm signal calibration of the sensor module. The normal operation of the sensor module is judged: the alarm signal cannot be output in the gas concentration atmosphere at the first calibration point. An alarm signal must be output in the gas concentration atmosphere at the third calibration point.
