M1015Y is a micro metal oxide semiconductor based on MEMS micro hot plate technology Gas sensor for detecting formaldehyde in the air. The production of the sensor combines MEMS silicon substrate technology, thin film technology, thick film technology, and metal packaging technology. When the module is in a polluted gas environment, the module will output a serial signal.
