    The RK14Z air quality sensor module based on MEMS gas sensors is used to test the ambient temperature and humidity and the content of harmful substances in the air, and provide the ambient temperature and humidity and the predicted harmfulnessThe relative equivalent concentration value of the substance, and the test data is communicated through I2C or UART interface.The surface of the MEMS gas sensor can be protected by a filter membrane,The air quality sensor module can be assembled with patch or cable as required.

    Attentions

    Please read carefully and abide by the following terms to avoid product data errors and prevent product damage.

     

    1.The air quality sensor module must be reflow soldered in a neutral atmosphere to avoid soldering flux vapor. When performing reflow soldering, the soldering furnace should have sufficient flow of clean air to keep the soldering furnace air clean and prevent the soldering atmosphere from polluting the sensitive layer of the product. The recommended maximum soldering temperature should not exceed 260. The recommended manual soldering condition is the highest temperature of 350 within 5 seconds.

     

    2. Avoid exposing the product to high-concentration organic solvent vapor and organic silicon vapor to prevent poisoning of sensitive materials

     

    3. The MEMS gas sensor should be placed in the space protected by the filter membrane to prevent the influence of water and dust.

     

    4. Each time the power is turned on, the resistance value of the sensitive electrode of the MEMS gas sensor will have a continuous increase process. The length of this process depends on the working history of the sensor. The longer the power-off time, the longer the process will take; In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results after a long-term power failure, this product should be used for measurement at least 60 minutes after power-on.

     

    5. When handling the product, it is recommended to use ESD protection equipment.
